“First off I wanna say that the grounds of the complex are very well taken care of. It’s a very scenic and pretty place to live, like being in the trees. The staff in the office are very friendly and likeable. I moved here out of urgency on a Friday and the staff accommodated me well to get me moved in with keys in hand that day. I expected I’d have to wait the weekend at least but my leasing agent was quick with her keyboard and did all the necessary paperwork and phone calls to get me moved in. Everyone was very welcoming and professional that day, and I can’t thank them enough for pulling so many strings for me. Maintenance staff are focused, I don’t get to exchange many words with them but they always get the job done quickly and efficiently. My neighbours are all very nice people, many my age, 30’s, and many older couples too, it’s a good mix. Como familia. No one is ever afraid to start a conversation so the community is good and strong. That sense of community also provides that you’ll always feel safe here. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to live, that the Archer be top of their list.”
